What else can you do at South Devon Wild Camping?

There is no noise or light pollution when you wild camp on our land, but there are some nearby places for livelier times.

For example, why not take a stroll and treat yourself to a delicious meal from the super funky School House Seafood and Tapas bar in Mothecombe? Weekly BBQs and live music in the summer make this a popular local hangout.

Also, being so close to Mothecombe means you can camp in the open countryside with easy access to nearby paddleboarding, surfing and kayaking.

If you need shops or pubs during your stay off the beaten track in Devon, there are options at the local villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo.

Do you fancy some ice cream made from creamy Devon milk? Our wild camping and glamping site in South Hams is a short distance from the famous Surfing Cow Ice Cream Parlour. Enjoy glorious flavours in its relaxed garden, while soaking up amazing sea views.
