What's Local

What else can you do at South Devon Wild Camping?

With so much to do in the beautiful South Hams you really will be spoilt for choice with where to go and what to do every day of your holiday.

For those who like to be kept busy there is paddle boarding, surfing & kayaking, as well as biking and walking all available locally. We have glorious coastal walks for the avid walkers and many different beautiful birds for the keen bird watchers. We have even had an eagle spotted at Mothecombe Beach this year!

Your most local beach is the breathtaking Mothecombe Beach, just a short 5 minute drive away. (Also within walking distance but takes about 30 minutes.) With a choice of two beautiful beaches and a seriously cool seafood and tapas cafe you really will have the most wonderful day here! There are also BBQ's and live music through the summer and their cocktails have a bit of a reputation
